Annual Reports a snap? Seriously, they can be.

Here’s a secret the other design agencies probably don’t want you to know. We can make a Word doc template look like an expensively designed report.

Let’s face it, pretty much everyone knows how to use Word. Only designers know how to use InDesign – so an InDesign template isn’t all that useful for your team. A Word template for your annual report, on the other hand, means you can update the cover, images and content year in, year out, track multiple edits and signoffs, and manage it all in-house for a fraction of the cost of your typical annual report design.

This is exactly what we’re working on for Commonwealth Bank right now. They wanted control over the content, so they could make all those last minute changes themselves and proof it easily.

“That’s sounds great, but my team is just too busy…”

We know how hard it can be to keep a report on track when everyone, from the senior management team to the frontline, is so busy. We can also help at every step of the way – from structure, layout and design to content and image sourcing, stakeholder approvals and proofing.

We’ve just teamed up with the amazing team at Writers Australia, who are pros at writing engaging copy for annual reports. They can take your draft bullet points, interview your CEO and business leaders, ghostwrite your Chairman’s address and pull together a range of different documents to tell a compelling story about your organisation’s financial year.

Meanwhile, the Ideaseed team loves nothing better than the challenge of making those messages shine, whether as a printed report, a PDF download or an iPad app. We recently turned around the National Farmers’ Federation Blueprint for Australian Agriculture in less than two weeks – including constant changes to images and structure – so it was ready for the launch on February 14.

Use as many or as few of our annual report services as you need – just let us know what you want and we’ll take care of the rest.
