The Client

Alcidion helps healthcare organisations harness the power of technology to create a clinically relevant environment with digitally enabled care. Their tailored platforms leverage clinical decision support, artificial intelligence and real-time visualisation to provide smart health informatics for safer delivery of care.

The Background

Alcidion approached Ideaseed to design a suite of Premium PowerPoint and Word templates that aligned with their existing branding. However, we were given the remit to take this branding to the next level and make the templates pop by using their brand in new and exciting ways.

What We Did

POWERPOINT TEMPLATES

Alcidion required two PowerPoint templates, one for their customer base and the other for investors and market presentations. This resulted in a dark and light version of each template. Along with the Premium PowerPoint templates, they also requested to include several custom-designed slides and our complete set of 8 template bundles that offer a range of ready-designed slides such as org charts, maps, dashboards, Venn diagrams, infographics and more.

Upon completion, the Alcidion team had over 270 slides to choose from to build beautiful, creative, eye-catching presentations.

WORD TEMPLATES

Once the Premium PowerPoint templates were produced, we rolled out this design into the Premium Word Templates. As part of the suite, we also built 2 Premium Word templates based on the design of the PowerPoint templates so that they could easily interact. As a Premium template, the Alcidion templates incorporated our proprietary DocuBuilder Toolbar, which allows Word documents to be built like PowerPoint templates – with ready-designed pages able to be inserted at the click of a button. Upon completion, the Alcidion team had over 50 page layouts to choose from and could build a range of documents, such as Reports, Submissions, Proposals, Case Studies, etc., all from one template.

TRAINING

Along with supplying full user instructions as part of the templates, we also conducted online training with the Alcidion team to ensure they understood how to use their templates to their maximum capability.

Ideaseed successfully interpreted Alcidion’s template requirements and provided a modern, sleek and professional suite of templates that aligned with Alcidion’s branding.
