The Australian Sports Commission (ASC) is a national organisation dedicated to promoting and enhancing sports and physical activity across the country. The ASC plays a crucial role in developing policies, programs, and initiatives to support athletes, coaches, and sports enthusiasts.

The Background

Having undergone a brand refresh, the ASC needed help adapting their designs into a robust set of Word and PowerPoint templates. The complexity lay in the number of templates that needed adaptation, reflecting a diverse range of programs associated with the ASC. Recognising the importance of a consistent and professional brand identity, the ASC sought our expertise to efficiently build, adapt and implement these templates.

What We Did

Our team customised each template to align with the unique branding elements of the different programs, ensuring a cohesive yet distinct identity for each. Throughout the project, we kept open communication channels, seeking feedback and making adjustments to meet specific requirements.

In addition to template production, Ideaseed conducted live webinar training sessions for the ASC team. These sessions were tailored to ensure that the end-users understood the intricacies of their new templates, empowering them to use the tools effectively. The training sessions aimed to enhance the team’s ability in using the templates, ensuring a smooth transition
from old to new.
