The Background
Celestino, following their rebrand, required a suite of Microsoft templates, including premium PowerPoint and Word templates. These templates needed to be comprehensive yet functional, allowing the team to present large amounts of information in a clean, professional format, while maintaining consistency with the new brand identity.
What We Did
We began by developing a robust PowerPoint template aligned with the design concepts provided by Celestino. The focus was on creating functional layouts for text, charts, tables, and images, rather than large visual displays. The PowerPoint template included several key features: detailed instructions, cover slides, section dividers, contents pages, and a variety of layout options. Additionally, we designed a custom icon suite and integrated a custom PowerPoint toolbar with macros, enabling features such as:
- Automated Table of Contents creation
- Single-click access to pre-set styles
- Quick insertion of branded tables
- Easy access to commonly used PowerPoint functions
For the Word template, we applied the same level of attention to detail, incorporating multiple page layouts, cover pages, dividers, and our proprietary DocuBuilder toolbar, which allows users to create professional-looking documents quickly and easily.
The result was a suite of stunning, functional templates that made it simple for the Celestino team to produce presentations and documents that looked professionally designed. The intuitive tools, combined with the custom toolbars, ensured that the team could easily maintain brand consistency while saving time on formatting, enabling them to focus on delivering high-quality content.
