Charter Hall Group is one of Australia’s leading property groups, with a total managed property portfolio of $22.5 billion. They own and manage 332 commercial properties around Australia, including office buildings, supermarket anchored retail centres and industrial assets.

Their Story

Following a brand refresh, Charter Hall needed to have their new branding appear on all of the company documents that their staff used. Their global team produces a lot of short- and long-form documents so it was important that anything we created was easy to use (and pretty, of course!).

Ideaseed worked closely with the Charter Hall team to understand their template needs and ultimately created more than 30 basic and fully automated MS Word and PowerPoint templates.

BASIC WORD TEMPLATES

Applied to basic Word documents such as Agenda, Board Minutes, and Memo, these contained standard inclusions and a tailored shortcut menu, such as font and hierarchy styles, inserting of tables and quick access to colour palettes.

FULL SUITE OF AUTOMATED TEMPLATES

A suite of documents with automation features including 5 colour themes, contents section, headers and footer descriptions and drop down menu for disclaimers.

These were applied to policy documents, reports, letterheads, charters and constitution documents.

Charter Hall now has a customised and automated Word template suite that is branded, streamlined and easy to use.
Producing documents is now a faster process, saving the company time and money.

Their staff can now concentrate on their jobs rather than labouring over styling documents.
