The Background

Essential Energy, responsible for delivering electricity to 95% of New South Wales and parts of southern Queensland, sought a partner to bring their refreshed visual identity to life. As part of their brand evolution, they needed a cohesive suite of Microsoft Office templates that would showcase their updated logo, colour palette, typography, and styling. Essential Energy’s Brand and Marketing team required Microsoft Word templates for key corporate documents, along with a comprehensive PowerPoint template to ensure brand consistency across internal and external communications.

What We Did

To meet Essential Energy’s needs, we developed a suite of 21 Microsoft Word templates, including templates for Letterhead, Meeting Minutes, Agendas, Long-form Reports, Briefs, Media Releases, Policies, Procedures, Board Papers, Newsletters, and Factsheets. We also designed a comprehensive, easy-to-use, flexible PowerPoint template that reinforced their updated brand identity with a multitude of layouts for all their content needs. To maximize template usability, we provided online training across several days to guide the team on best practices and efficient use of the templates. Once the templates were finalised, Essential Energy engaged us to design new Fleet Management handbooks, along with a suite of marketing materials to support their internal launch. This included video content, posters, social media tiles, and a lock screen image, all created using their newly developed Microsoft Office templates.

The Essential Energy team was equipped with a robust set of Microsoft Office templates that allowed them to easily maintain brand consistency across all communications. From Microsoft Word templates that streamlined their document production to a sophisticated PowerPoint template for engaging presentations, Essential Energy was able to achieve professional, brand-aligned results across the board.
