Their Story

Payce put together a development proposal to transform an old redundant precinct into a new suburb and community that would provide homes, jobs, childcare centres and parks. They wanted to pitch this proposal to decision-makers such as the local Mayor, the Department of Planning and Environment and businesses in a way that was informative yet engaging.

Our Service

Building upon Payce’s existing presentation, we integrated animation to create a presentation that took the audience on a virtual journey through the vibrant new suburb.

POWERPOINT PRESENTATION
A 42-slide, partly animated, editable PowerPoint presentation. This was set up so the speaker could click through at their own pace, allowing time for questions or pauses.

We produced 2 versions of this – one using a generic system font that could work on any external computer, the other using the unique Payce brand font.

LEAVE BEHIND MATERIAL
We converted the presentation into an A3-sized printed leave behind document.

We delivered a professional, creative and powerful presentation that tells a story. Using animation we were able to cleverly trace over boundaries, pinpoint details on the site location as well as take the audience on a journey along travel routes, displaying train stations, distances and travel times.
Producing a document that is easily editable means Payce have the flexibility to make changes themselves, rather than having to rely on an external designer. Payce can also customise the document for future presentations.
