The Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ) is the peak body representing real estate professionals across Queensland. As the State’s most trusted and influential advocate for the profession for more than 100 years, the REIQ is committed to ensuring the highest levels of professionalism across the industry.

The Background

After a rebrand REIQ were looking for a template set that would reflect their new brand identity, but also be easy to use across all levels of user. The Ideaseed Premium Word template was the first template in the set.

What We Did

Working closely with the REIQ marketing team and their new brand guidelines, we first supplied concepts for the Word template. We refined these before rolling them out into the premium Word template.

Being a Premium template meant that they had the Ideaseed DocuBuilder Toolbar installed as part of their template. This toolbar allows Word documents to be used like PowerPoint presentations resulting in users being able to produce high-end documents in record time.

We also acted as consultants to ensure that best practices around document production were understood and followed.

The result was the design and build of a Word template that was easy to use, looked like an InDesign production and allowed every level of user to produce beautiful documents consistently and in record time.
