The Background

Following a rebrand, SoftwareOne needed a fresh, premium set of Microsoft Office templates to align with their bold new look. The goal was to create a flexible yet visually engaging set of PowerPoint and Word templates that could handle a wide range of uses—everything from brochures and presentations to e-books and sales proposals. The team also required a redesigned set of icons to fit their updated identity.

What We Did

We designed a robust PowerPoint template and a Premium Word template tailored to SoftwareOne’s new brand guidelines, with particular emphasis on clean layouts, intuitive usability, and alignment to their slick new brand. To complement the templates, we included a bundle suite (a large set of pre-designed slides and pages) alongside crafting a refreshed set of slimline icons, giving their presentations and documents a sophisticated, cohesive look. Additionally, we converted their existing sales deck to reflect the updated branding, resulting in a sleek, on-brand template ready for impactful presentations and proposals. We also produced a series of training videos to guide their team in utilising the templates to their full potential.
