Case Study / Westpac
IDEASEED REDESIGNED A PRESENTATION TEMPLATE FOR ONE OF AUSTRALIA’S BIG FOUR BANKS TO DELIVER TO THEIR INVESTORS.
Westpac is one of four major banking organisations in Australia.
They provide consumer, business and institutional banking, and wealth management services.
Westpac notify their investors of their financial results via branded PowerPoint templates that are presented by their CEO and CFO.
They were looking for a fresh way to present these that was informative and interesting, but that wasn’t a complete time drain on the staff who had to prepare the presentations.
The Ideaseed Difference
Westpac’s presentations are so confidential, we sent our designer to work onsite alongside their Investor Relations team.
Sure, it’s an extra mile, but we love running it!
Plus their Sydney office has an awesome view.
We refreshed their existing template based on their team and business needs (so many charts).
We also assisted in populating the template and creating a roadshow presentation that could be shown to investors in the US and Europe.
POWERPOINT TEMPLATE DESIGN
A bulletproof template and accompanying instructions so all staff could easily work within the template.
Tailored training on the Westpac Investor Presentation templates, as well as some useful tips for using PowerPoint to up productivity.
An Ideaseed expert PowerPoint designer worked onsite with the Westpac Investor Relations Team to create and populate the perfect template.
A redesigned roadshow presentation to be shown across US and Europe in an engaging and vibrant way.
Westpac used our template design, training and onsite support to deliver professional and informative presentations to their investors.
Our onsite team member allowed them direct feedback and shorter production timelines. We worked long hours with them to ensure internal and final deadlines for production were met.
We involved staff in this process and then trained them on how to use the final product so they are empowered to create engaging reports every financial year.
What They Said
“It was a huge success. On the back of a really engaged roadshow we issued a deal that beat our expectations.
Investors commented that the presentation was excellent.”
