Accessible Templates Supporting Workplace Safety On A Global Stage

Background

The Centre for Work Health and Safety, a research-driven government agency dedicated to improving workplace safety across New South Wales, sought a comprehensive suite of Microsoft Office templates to support their role as a key host for the World Congress on Safety and Health at Work. They required branded, accessible stationery templates for both internal and external communications that would ensure a cohesive, professional look to be used across all communications.

What we did

To meet these needs, we created a suite of premium Word and PowerPoint templates, each designed to enable the team to convey information effectively and on-brand. The PowerPoint template featured a variety of slide layouts—ranging from diagrams and iconography to imagery and charts—allowing for a versatile presentation tool across multiple session types. The Word templates included a robust premium report template with a wide range of page layouts, icons, charts and imagery. We also supplied a letterhead, agenda and meeting notes templates, each designed for easy content integration across the suite. Special attention was given to accessibility, ensuring that all templates adhered to accessibility standards for seamless sharing and readability.

The result

The Centre for Work Health and Safety team was thrilled with their new set of templates, which significantly streamlined preparation for the World Congress. The accessible and user-friendly templates allowed for effortless adaptation to various formats, ensuring the team could confidently and easily produce well-structured, on-brand documents and presentations.
