iSeek, a leading provider of digital infrastructure solutions for Australia’s enterprise and government sectors, specialises in data centres, cloud services, and managed connectivity. Following a brand refresh, iSeek sought a suite of professional Word and PowerPoint templates to support their updated visual identity. These templates needed to cater to a wide range of users, from sales teams to senior management, ensuring consistency and professionalism across all documents and presentations.

What we did

We began by analysing iseek’s new style guidelines, identifying key elements such as colour palette, typography, and imagery to integrate into the templates. Our process included:

PowerPoint Templates

Starting with PowerPoint, we designed an extensive, visually bold template that captured the refreshed brand identity, including:

Over 160 slide layouts, including covers, dividers, dashboards, and animated slides.
Custom graphics, icons, and full animations to enhance visual engagement and highlight key messages.
A user-friendly structure to accommodate a variety of presentation needs.

‍Word Templates

Leveraging the PowerPoint design, we created a Premium Word template that:
Incorporated graphic elements such as icons, imagery, dashboards, charts, and tables.
Included our proprietary DocuBuilder Toolbar, enabling users to insert pre-designed layouts with a single click, significantly reducing production time while ensuring brand consistency.

To ensure seamless adoption, we provided comprehensive training and ongoing support, empowering iSeek’s team to use the templates effectively and confidently.
