Background

Investa, Australia’s largest owner and manager of commercial real estate, oversees a portfolio worth over A$10 billion. After many successful years in the sector and following the sale of the business, Investa embraced a new vision and refreshed brand identity to reflect their positive outlook for the future. To introduce these changes internally and externally, they needed a complete suite of MS Office templates and communication materials that embodied their updated values and visual style. Collaborating with their branding agency, we were tasked with rolling out the new brand across all company collateral.

What we did

We applied Investa’s new branding to their entire MS Office portfolio, ensuring consistency and usability across all materials.

One-Minute Introductory Video

We created a motivational, cinematic reel using stock footage, client footage, stills, and text overlays. Paired with a dynamic backing track, the video showcased Investa’s renewed vision and values to energise staff.

CEO Presentation

A 15-minute PowerPoint presentation featuring static and animated elements was developed for the CEO to share the company’s new direction and exciting future with staff.

Microsoft Template Suite

We designed a comprehensive suite of templates, including:

Stationery (letterhead, memos, agendas, media releases)
Report documents (RFPs, IOFs, quarterly reports, tenant information manuals)
PowerPoint templates (five variations for different use cases)

Tools and Training

To ensure seamless adoption, we customised MS Office ribbons, designed bespoke tables and chart styles, and provided clear instruction manuals.

From day one, Investa staff were equipped with an intuitive suite of templates that enabled them to produce high-quality, on-brand materials effortlessly. Our end-to-end rollout solution, including videos, presentations, and template training, set a positive tone and reinforced the company’s commitment to excellence. This refreshed brand launch not only reintroduced Investa to the market with renewed strength but also gave staff the tools they needed to deliver professional, consistent collateral.
