Background

Aruma, a leading provider of disability support services, needed a PowerPoint dashboard template to help visualise complex data related to their clients’ customer journeys, their service blueprints, and persona dashboards. The template needed to be easy to use, clearly laid out, and adaptable to changing data. Above all, it had to be consistent with Aruma’s branding and capable of conveying critical information in a simple, digestible format that supported their mission of providing exceptional care.

What we did

We designed a small but mighty PowerPoint template that addressed all of Aruma’s needs. The template included dedicated slides for mapping the customer journey, outlining the service blueprint, and showcasing persona data in a dashboard format. All elements of the template were fully editable, allowing the Aruma team to easily update key information as required, including chart and table data. The design retained the bright, fun, professional look of Aruma's brand identity, while ensuring ease of use and readability.

The result was a simple but powerful template that enabled the Aruma team to easily update and manage their client data, ensuring they could continuously provide the best possible care.
