Background

Payce, a leading property development and investment company, sought to pitch their proposal for transforming a redundant precinct into a new suburb. The development would offer homes, jobs, childcare centres, and parks, and they needed to present it in an engaging and informative way to decision-makers such as the local Mayor, the Department of Planning and Environment, and businesses.

What we did

We enhanced Payce’s existing presentation by incorporating animation to create a compelling, interactive experience. The presentation, which took the audience on a virtual journey through the proposed suburb, featured:

PowerPoint Presentation

‍A 42-slide, fully animated, editable PowerPoint presentation that allowed the speaker to click through at their own pace. We provided two versions: one using a generic system font for external computers and another using Payce’s unique brand font.

Leave Behind Material

‍We converted the presentation into an engaging A3-sized printed leave-behind document.

The result

The final presentation was both professional and creative, effectively telling the story of the proposed development through engaging animation. We used animation to highlight key site details, travel routes, train stations, and travel times, making the information more digestible and impactful. The editable format ensured Payce could easily update the presentation for future use, reducing reliance on external designers and providing flexibility for future presentations.
