Background

Alcidion is at the forefront of healthcare technology, helping organisations deliver safer care through innovative solutions that blend clinical decision support, artificial intelligence, and real-time data. While their branding was well-established, they wanted to enhance it with a suite of PowerPoint and Word templates that were not just functional but visually striking. The goal was to create tools that would energise presentations and documents for customers, investors, and internal stakeholders while maintaining a connection to Alcidion’s brand identity.

What we did

PowerPoint Templates

We delivered two distinct PowerPoint templates tailored to Alcidion’s key audiences: customers and investors. Each template included a light and dark version, ensuring versatility across different presentation contexts. To elevate functionality and creativity, we included:

A custom-designed bundle of 8 template sets featuring slides for org charts, maps, infographics, dashboards, and more.
A total of over 270 slides, providing the Alcidion team with a comprehensive library for building visually impactful presentations.

‍Word Templates

We extended the PowerPoint design into two Premium Word templates, incorporating Alcidion’s branding and integrating our proprietary DocuBuilder Toolbar. This toolbar allows users to insert ready-made, professionally designed pages with a single click. The Word templates featured over 50 layouts, enabling Alcidion to create polished reports, proposals, submissions, and case studies efficiently and consistently.

Training and Support

To ensure the team could maximise the templates’ potential, we provided comprehensive user guides and conducted online training sessions.

The result

The final suite of templates was sleek, modern, and fully aligned with Alcidion’s brand while pushing its visual identity in fresh directions. These tools empowered Alcidion to communicate their expertise and vision with clarity and creativity, whether engaging customers, investors, or internal teams. By transforming everyday templates into premium resources, Ideaseed helped Alcidion establish a professional, cohesive presence across all their communications, reinforcing their position as a leader in healthcare innovation.
