Background

AusNet, a major Australian energy company managing over $11 billion in electricity and gas network assets, sought a complete overhaul of their internal and external Microsoft Office template suite. Following a brand refresh, they needed templates that fully incorporated their updated identity while ensuring ease of use for employees of all skill levels. AusNet also required guidance on integrating their brand into the templates, as well as training and instructional resources to support their rollout.

What we did

PowerPoint Templates

We developed a Premium PowerPoint template featuring:

Over 120 ready-to-use infographic slides.
More than 100 master layouts designed for versatility across internal and external presentations.
Embedded instructions to ensure users could make the most of the template.

Word Templates

Our team delivered multiple Word templates, including a Premium template equipped with the Ideaseed DocuBuilder Toolbar. This proprietary tool enables users to create professional, visually appealing documents quickly and easily, offering a PowerPoint-like experience in Word.

Document and Template Conversion

To ensure a seamless transition, we converted all existing documents and presentations into the new templates, aligning them with AusNet’s refreshed branding.

Training and Support

We provided extensive support, including:

Multiple live online training sessions tailored to different user groups.
A series of concise instructional videos covering template functionality and best practices. These resources proved invaluable for new starters and those unable to attend live training sessions.

The result

AusNet received a fully revamped suite of MS Office templates that combined visual sophistication with user-friendly functionality. The inclusion of the DocuBuilder Toolbar revolutionised document creation, empowering employees to produce polished, on-brand materials efficiently, regardless of their technical expertise.

The comprehensive training and resources ensured smooth adoption across the organisation, solidifying the templates as integral tools in maintaining AusNet’s professional and consistent brand identity. This project not only enhanced their internal workflows but also reinforced their reputation as a forward-thinking leader in the energy sector.
