Investa is Australia’s largest owner and manager of commercial real estate.

Their current portfolio is valued at over A$10 billion.

Their Story

After many successful years in the commercial real estate sector, and following the sale of the business, Investa wanted to move forward with a positive, renewed outlook, and a fresh, visual style.
Their core values had also changed and they wanted to introduce the company’s new vision to the market.

We took this exciting, new design and applied it to Investa’s entire MS Office portfolio of internal and external documents.

ONE-MINUTE INTRODUCTORY VIDEO

This motivational short movie-style reel incorporated stock footage, client footage, stills, backing track and text overlays to showcase the new vision and values of the company to staff.

POWERPOINT PRESENTATION

This 15-minute long combination of static imagery and animation was presented by the CEO to staff to communicate the new and exciting times ahead.

SUITE OF WORD TEMPLATES

The stationery suite included letterhead, memo, agenda, policy documents and media releases; report documents such as RFP, IOF, Quarterly Report and Tenant Information Manuals (30); PowerPoint templates (5 variations).

The Result

We made sure all Investa staff could use our suite of templates from day one using tools such as a customised ribbon, bespoke tables and chart designs complete with easy-to-follow instruction manuals.

Our end-to-end brand roll-out solution, including company documents, video, presentation production and template training, really set the tone for staff.

We helped to reintroduce this high profile brand, and signal to the industry that Investa was back, and stronger than ever.

On the practical side, Investa staff were able to continue to deliver high- performing collateral that was consistently on brand, easy to use and a great experience for all.
