Building On Success: A Unified Event Marketing Suite For COLAB

Background

Having previously designed the original COLAB brand for Modern Dental Pacific, we were thrilled when the team returned to us to develop additional collateral for their event marketing efforts. COLAB, a professional and refreshed entity under Modern Dental Pacific, focuses on engaging dentists, dental professionals, and practice staff across Australia and New Zealand through educational events.

To ensure consistency and professionalism across all touchpoints, the team sought an event marketing suite of templates. This suite would act as a foundation for cohesive event collateral, streamlining processes and eliminating the need to design new materials for every event. The challenge was to align these templates with COLAB’s established identity while providing versatility for different event formats and themes.

What we did

Building on our original work with COLAB, we created a comprehensive Event Marketing Suite tailored to their needs.

This included:

Print Templates: A5 flyer with QR code, A4 adaptation, and DL flyers for case distribution.
Digital Assets: Finance banners, email signatures, and a full suite of EDMs designed for event campaigns.
Email Campaigns: All emails setup in Active Campaign, covering invitations, reminders, confirmation emails, and post-event follow-ups (certificates, surveys, and offers).

The designs retained COLAB’s unique branding—modern and corporate yet fun—using consistent logos, colours, fonts, and imagery. We ensured the templates were versatile for various themes and scalable across print and digital formats without quality loss.

The result

The return to us for this project displays COLAB team’s trust in our understanding of their brand. The new event marketing suite streamlined the team’s event preparation process, saving time and effort by eliminating repetitive design work. The cohesive materials strengthened COLAB’s presence, providing a consistent experience for event attendees and enhancing brand recognition.

The templates’ adaptability and scalability allowed the team to confidently execute event marketing campaigns, ensuring their audience received polished, professional, and engaging communications at every stage.
