Westpac’s CIO sought to deliver an engaging and thought-provoking presentation on leadership challenges in the face of digital transformation. The brief called for a creative approach that would make a complex and potentially overwhelming topic more relatable and captivating for staff and stakeholders.

What we did

We developed 16 custom frog illustrations tailored to highlight key leadership scenarios in a digital revolution context. These illustrations were placed into a PowerPoint presentation that allowed the CIO to click through each visual at their own pace. The style struck a balance between humour and professionalism, making the content both accessible and impactful.

The result

The presentation became a dynamic and engaging communication tool, helping to simplify complex ideas and spark meaningful discussions. The custom illustrations brought the scenarios to life, resonating with the audience and ensuring the presentation was memorable. The interactivity of the slides empowered the CIO to tailor the flow, making it an adaptable and effective resource for staff and stakeholder engagement.
