As one of Australia’s leading financial institutions, Westpac is navigating rapid evolution in the technology-drivenbusiness landscape. Recognising the need to bring their workforce along on this transformative journey, the team sought a creative way to inspire and motivate staff. The objective was to craft a compelling presentation that would celebrate employees as valuable contributors and encourage them to embrace the shift towards a high-tech future.

What we did

We created a series of custom illustrations featuring playful animal characters designed to add vibrancy and humour to the presentation. Each character was carefully selected to embody specific traits that aligned with key messages in the presentation content.

To ensure inclusivity and align with Westpac’s values, we paid close attention to details such as attire, avoiding overt gender markers while maintaining a professional and relatable aesthetic. These colourful and engaging characters were integrated into the presentation, bringing energy and relatability to the messaging about employees’ roles in the evolving tech landscape.

The result

Through bespoke illustrations, we transformed a corporate presentation into a dynamic and engaging experience. The animated animal characters provided a unique and memorable way to communicate the evolving relationship between employees and technology in the financial services industry. Westpac’s workforce felt acknowledged and empowered to embrace their role in shaping the future of the business.
