Modern Dental Pacific wanted to attract experienced, motivated dental professionals through a recruitment campaign aimed at overseas audiences. They needed a suite of print ads to run in trade publications that would stand out and make a lasting impression.

What we did

Using MDP’s supplied content, we created a series of ad concepts designed to be bold, playful, and visually engaging. The themes centred on adventure, travel, and career growth, aligning with the opportunity to work in Australia or New Zealand. The ads were approachable, fun, and packed with personality—enough to turn heads in any trade publication.

The result

The final suite of four ads struck the perfect balance between fun and professional. They generated significant interest, drawing innumerous candidates eager to make the move and join MDP. The campaign successfully showcased the unique appeal of a career with MDP, blending professional opportunities with the adventure of a lifetime.
