NixAnderson, an Australian-owned project management firm, faced a branding challenge after years of working with an underdeveloped brand identity. While their original logo was effective, it lacked the cohesive guidelines needed to support their evolving internal structure. Ideaseed was engaged to audit their existing brand and develop a fully integrated, industry-disrupting identity.

What we did

We began with a thorough audit of NXA’s current collateral, client feedback, and staff insights, enabling us to craft a brand identity that reflected NXA’s bold and dynamic personality.

Our deliverables included:

Company Brochure
A visually striking piece that clearly communicated NXA’s unique approach.

Suite of Templates
Tailored internal and external documents that maintained brand consistency.

Company Launch
A full suite of collateral for the launch event, including invitations, decorations, AV presentations, and more.

Website
A new, interactive site with a dynamic scrolling feature and updated content.

The result

NXA’s rebrand made a lasting impression in the market, resonating with both staff and clients. The "defence chopper crew" analogy we used as a creative theme set NXA apart and became a conversation starter in the construction industry. The seamless rollout and educational support allowed staff to embrace the new identity, which directly contributed to increased business and heightened visibility in the marketplace.
